Combat Balancing & Battle Pass Season 19

Today will be a fairly massive update in terms of combat balancing, overall range and melee got buffed, and magic nerfed. I made sure not to go overboard with the magic nerfs, however they were necessary as its far above the rest of the combat styles. We may adjust if necessary, and depending on community feedback.

Now..for the combat changes. As previously mentioned, I'm open to feedback. However magic has been too strong for a bit too long. As for melee and range they've been lacking in the endgame. I've touched some magic items that were too high on magic stats, but overall its not a big nerf.
I'm still looking to do some changes to magic in terms of effects, think of ethereals, overloads, power charge and nova. Depending on how magic performs this update.
